Fast-Track Program
The purpose of Fast-Track is to expose disadvantaged high school students from underserved communities to the broader world of business and finance through mentoring, workshops, in-class training and other educational experiences.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Qualifying for the Fast-Track Program
NASP-SoCal founded its program in 2010, and at each annual conference through Sponsor pledges, we award college scholarships to deserving minority seniors matriculating from high school to pursue a college education. Personal donations from industry supporters also provide critical funding, enabling students to address unexpected college and personal life expenses.
- Be an 11th or 12th-grade high school student or recent graduate who plans to attend a 4-year college institution.
- Possess analytical and quantitative skills.
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA while in the program.
- Demonstrate an interest in finance or business and a strong desire to pursue an exciting and rewarding career.
